Gift Box

hello, do anybody know if it possible to make items appear in giftbox for every char? like even when a new char is made like some starter items for them to start off with and it will show up in the gift box? if know and can help would appreciate thanks

For every new make toon starter items => Go to PS_GameDefs.dbo.BaseItemsDefs
