WCF stand-alone app

Hi. I want to host game's server on linux and I should create stand-alone application for wcf, which connects server.login -> server.world.

Here are server files :

what should I do now ? I don't have any idea :/

Useless that you continue making threads on this section hoping in someone help. No-one will do this for you.

Yea + better dont try to do a server if u don't know any about management and programming(only opinion).
