[Help] Certification error !

i setup my old server that it was working good on my dedicated server .. so i rar all file and uploaded to a VPS server test .. so i get this error now .. i changed info in .ini file to match with news vps server and compiled again.. so i get this error ..

anyone have an idea ?

The ip is wrong check it again and remove the " packet " file then compile
and start the cert

Added you to DEP?
Check your Certification ini files

the prob was the VPS. fixed now. thx
