custom PH GM and Owner halos???

hi guys i am a ph currently for a server and was wondering if anyone has a edit already for gm ph and owner . as a halo only or even how when a duke appears says duke and flashes . thanks for you're time guys.

If you want to add a halo for staff you'd be best adding it as a status effect. You should prob give this thread a read.
