I found the reson of my problem.
I need kSRO proxy---

the loader have world ip this is as proxy ....
but you don't need proxy i play from 1 year or more and i no get banned

reson is i cant update it cuz my region is banned but ty ;)

No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it.
Check your network connection and make sure that the proxy server address and port are correct.
Also the error may indicate that the proxy server is down.

This is the error when i put WORLD IP to Proxifier
I will try to fix it in my LAN
If an1 could help ty ;)

no you need to put real ip
like google.bg ip ( this is my language site of google)
209.85.135.106 and port 94043
and it run
i test it ...

First of all i tryed all of that and it didnt worked.
Second i posted cuz it didnt worked so i thought i was doing something wrong...!
