SJSRO DirectX problem

HEy, when i click start it says i don't have true version of direct X, but i got Direct X 10!
What's wrong?

Unistall ur currently directx version and download again from link i give you
Run the setup of it
When they tell you succesfully setup restart computer and try again
If not work unistall nivida and download again
