I get this error during setup, How can I solve this problem. Help please.

damn, you dont know how to google do you. try running it as admin, if that doesnt work on its own, add a password to your user account (im assuming you have admin rights..)

and yes, that last step really works. i guess you can remove the password after installation aswell, so GL
