What the f... is wrong with dynamic queue?

so, I recently went down from Silver 1 to 5, then went to Gold, then promos to G4, started losing until Silver1 again, then I easily went back to Gold, now I'm back in Silver1 75lp

I'm really fed up with my LP gains since I started to play, I get 10-12lp per win, whilst losing 25 per loss. I win 5 in a row, lose 2 and im directly at 0lp again. wtf is this?

A baseline MMR has been changed by the latest Riot patch. (2016/5/27)
The Average MMR for this league is 1,847.
This is mine so if i lose 1 more game ill drop back to Plat 4.
Check ur MMR and then rise it up

so every mmr is different?
because in 3v3 I mostly face diamond5/plat1 players, in Normals my enemies are Gold1-3 and in 5v5 ranked it's Gold4-Silver1, now I understand it.
