[HELP]Please

Hi guys, as i'm getting more into the files I would now like to edit skills. Firstly I would like to know what these are in status.csv in root share/skill/ what I would like to know is what these mean:
Index,Description,IconIndex,OptionCount,Option0_co de,Option0_Value,Option1_code,Option1_Value,Option 2_code,Option2_Value,SendToOthers

Ok so here it is, what do these options mean and what do they do?
Also, I noticed that skills have multiple indexes for one skill, why?

heres what i think it does not sure didn't test it

Index=the buff index
Description=the Description of the buff
IconIndex=iconindex
OptionCount=how many options there is
Option0_code=what the buff shall do
Option0_Value=the value of theoption
HP_MAX_ADD,394=adds 394 max hp to the char
SendToOthers=dunno set it to 1 i think

Thanks yoself, but does anyone know why theres different indexes for the same skill?

EDIT: Hmm, I think I have a small idea of whats going on. There are many indexes for how many times you lvl the skill up.
