Play CAEU while in Region blocked area?

So i decided to give the CAEU another shot with friends.
When i try to download the game it says you're outside the country...

I've heard you can bypass that crap with vpn

Long story short - can someone tell here which vpn is the best to use for caeu? :confused:

Where are you from doe? If you're from NA just use the NA launcher

I am from Estonia,it's in Blocked region list.

Well, that's weird. A friend of mine (From ca) is also from Estionia and he can start the game just fine

Let's just skip the downloading part for now since i just downloaded vpn and i letted me to download and install the game but now when i lauch the game it keeps saying error -

Failed to log on to Nexon messenger. Please try again. [error code %1!d!]

I had this Error too and u have to restart your router.

I restarted my router twice and it still keeps giving this error :(
Do you have any other advices how to fix it?

Hmm no... not at the moment.
After i restarted my router the error was off.

Estonia , Lithuania etc are blacklisted and you cannot play CAEU anymore. Unless you got an old account from these areas.
