Recently I've been trying to setup a local test server again on Windows 8.1 and for some reason all the default clients available on epvp seem to be encrypted when I open the game.exe in HxD.
How can that be? My first local server was hosted on Windows 7 where I didn't have this issue. So I setup a virtual windows 7 machine but keep having the same problem.
Any Ideas on what causes this? <.< (I've been mainly using the ep4.5 client by Ariez.)
