Also, running TQ Binaries is highly illegal and very exploitable, if you didn't catch the drift from that wiki page. im not looking for the binary but for a tool to change the key in msgserver and conquer exe so my client match the binary also not planing to use binarys as my pserver

You won't find it here. Try those shitty egy/turk forums that steal everything. I'm sure they have it stolen from 4botters from back in the days. Again though, it's not going to help you in the slightest. I'd go as far to say give up completely on hosting a server. Nobody wants this shit.
