I never seen that char in game, He is Admin of the server so he can make whatever he wants for the fun.

Yes fate is always making set from admin table and beating players on tg "ON FAIR WAY" not donated not anything, semado's server is shit dont play this guys, he re-opened it 4 times only because of donations and he will close it for 2-3 months and reopen again ;).

-1 non fair server, admins have priv more than players, pay to win, bla,bla,bla -1 resp.

the server is not really worth to play, it's not stable, it will close after 2-3 months like Mirsad1997 already said, -rep
