i have a problem when im online my server and it ready...

but the problem is this when i wanna online another character in other computer the server says this....server is down <-----any idea what is the problem coz im kind of confuse all my config.ini and server is exactly the same also my ip but i connot get online

im using 5095 source tqbinary....thnx

Sounds like you are not opening the ports properly.

If you are hosting the server on the same pc you are playing from you would be connecting to it using the ip 127.0.0.1, if you are connecting from another computer you will need the server to be running online and with all ports forwarded properly and you would be required to connect to the server using a non local ip from the other computer.

Sounds like a fairly simple configuration/source issue to me.
