Here are some Idee what u can do :
1. Reinstall S4
2. Scan ur PC for Virus etc..
3. Check if u missing any Dll Files
4. Check if u have any Update (Windows / Graphic Card Update)

for the 4. Method i would try using "SlimDrivers"
