[Help] How to Disable Party Monster

Dear all Pro

I'm making a private sro in which have no mobs (party) just mobs (general), but I tried any way but fails, So if any body has solution for this pls help me

please give me sr_gameserver.exe disabled party monster

like 2 years ago i had a theory but nobody ever gave me feedback and i am 2 lazy to test it by my self :D

It will cause a GS error that's why i said instances only
