Offline server does not want to start

I have version 1.8 of the nfsw server and whenever I press the button to play, the cmd windows appear, but the server never actually starts and I get errors. I have python corectly installed and my java version is up to date.

Any solutions? :confused:

The only way I know how to start NFSW is to repeatedly start the server until it succeeds. It will finally work with a few tries.
