ITC Quickfix Working?

ITC Quickfix not working for me , but working for my friend.
its not Ant's ITC
its not IDM

Fix my problem pls , my items not coming :( i downloaded C++ 2015

install c++ 2015 x86 & x64

but a lot of feedbacks from users it`s not working
I don`t know.. If you guys want it so bad just buy it from Ant?

The first ITC that they ever posted is still working so yeah u just need the old client and the bypass
