Your "xampp" does not start successfully, it must show "running".
check "ServerList5.php" file, IP entered correctly.
If you have a router, you must open the "DMZ" feature.

make a bat and type this code on it ( start rohanclient.exe "https://192.168.1.100/" )
without the ( )
and put it close to rohanclient.exe

Then open it

Ive tried it but it prompts HTTP_SERVER_ERROR.
and Xampp wont start this is why we get this error.

I would recomend not using xampp at all and using ASP.NET (I will not give you the RohanAuth in asp.net but you can research abit on google and change it from php to asp.

HTTP_SERVER_ERROR tells you that there is a problem with your web server (apache). It has to be running or you can't log in.

if apache doesn't start, perhaps you should be looking to find out why. Don't ask here - this is not the apache or xampp support site. The error logs will tell you what is wrong and it is up to you to fix that.

change port is the best solution.

i fixed the solution
try this:
go to xampp then click SCM... located at upper right portion.
then select World Wide Web publishing service, then right click it, then click STOP.
restart xampp it should be running this time.
