What is the fastest way to get the resources for the surgeon design in the new event?

2,800 Scrap (18,667 - 21,539 Mordon / 23,334 Saimon)

Alright so its best to just outright kill npcs and not do quests?

On 4-5 if you have a good equip: ubers have 100% drop rate of the new resources + you can find bosses that are better then normal NPC for the drop rate.

Anyone knows the exact drop rate of other NPCs?

There's no bug, so there is nothing to fix.
I simply killed the Sibelonit-Weave in one corner, this was dropped.
