Question about high shardmanager ms

Iam woundering what may cause this very high ms in the shardmanager
Is it because the huge data in my db
Or maybe bad and very long sql codes in procedures ?
Any ideas ?

hmm , maybe the data high or maybe the host is bad or it's full at memory .. try at task manager see the cpu.
