NFSW Offline exception caught, error 13 and other bugs

after downloading and installing everything step-by-step on the latest version of offline server, just seconds before I'd chose the nfsw.exe file in the launcher (or even when i'm chosing it), that error above will show, fckin up all my work. I thought it was my fault until I've made everything I could just to run the game, yet nothing worked.
Opening the "settings.ini" file and setting the .exe location by myself fixed the bug.

Thought I was all done, yet after literally 5 minutes of playing, FATAL ERROR 13 occurs, meaning "the connection wasn't stable"... but why, and what does this means?
The server was made in my PC, only for the game... Why it was unstable?
I'll keep trying to play the game to see if the bug still occurs.

Somehow, it is more unstable than 1.7, and for whatever reason car parts lower my HP, why? I remember even having bugs with being able to save my car in that way, it will be saved until i go to freeroam, then when i go back to the garage its the way it was before i did my work on it.

I support all the work done here and appreciate it, but i'll need some fixes, until the new online comes up.

this is what happens if I play the game for too long, and recently I observed that when I tried to record the game (with fraps) the error would accur MUCH faster, for me this means that the game doesn't need background processes...?

This is the second day I've played on this version, and after 3h of working last night to one of my car's vinyls, today I opened up the game to see that I have no vinyls on the car.
Also this is the second day I've posted it, no one's gonna help me?
Do I really have to double-post?

Hey, I'm having the same error as well, I downloaded the offline server this morning and get straight into the game, play it for half an hour or so and it crashes. After that it only takes a minute or so for it to crash once I've actually got into the game. Also, when I start the game it says, "You're not running the 1613 build." What does that mean? I haven't got something that it didn't give me the option to download?! I also have the "Exception Caught!" thing that pops up as soon as I load up the game.

In conclusion, I would really like an answer to these issues. Thanks :)

now when i try to collect those diamonds or whatever the "error 13" occurs but yet no one gives a fix or even a proper answer, just "owh download dat java n python n u done bby ;>"

You (and many more others) are not getting responses from the developers because the 1.8.3 is an abandonware. Use the soapbox server instead for the while, a new offline version will be released relatively soon.

I like being able to use my old drivers, so I'm on 1.0 now. Memories were made with those cars.
