Which desktop is better?

I am looking for a laptop that i can do some casual internet surfs and gamings (GTA V, League etc.)
These are desktops I am looking at within the budgets, which one do you guys think is better?

None of them are good. Wrong section anyway.

Both are very weak and can't handle modern video games.
