There is nothing I can explain on it about. The login worked as expected, but I could not download anything. Thanks for the refund.

Also, the account had something like 99.XXX GB instead of the full 100 GB / day, which means someone (probably you?) downloaded a small file on it. Maybe you forgot that? That should be the problem. From where are you?

i really want to give you new one, but u send refund request already (without waiting my answer). read on my thread if something wrong i give new account or refund. mistake might happen, sorry about that.

Nah, you got that wrong. I opened the dispute just as a backup for up to 7 days. That's what I asked you beforehand. I'll send you 180 e*g again with a dispute for 7 days.

Yes, thank you, that one is working. Also, the limit was at 100% (100 GB). So I'm pretty sure that was the problem last time =)

FYI: Everyone can send you e*gold with a LOCK - for this we have to use the Dispute. A Dispute is not always a negative thing. The initiator (in this case me) can always cancel the dispute. It gives safety to both the buyer and the seller. I will remove the lock after 7 days (that should be fine).

If someone buys something from you via treasure, there is automatically a lock for 24 hours on it, but not for a longer period of time.
