long time ago, there was even a cooldown Hack
Now Only Zoom Hack and a tool with that you can see your Attack range and more.

I don't think a hack like on your photo exist at the moment.

I know the best hack for LoL. Your own brain. Amazing, right?

Simple Scripts, go on botoflegends and download it. but its bannable many people getting banned after a few patches so use it on ur own risc

This Cooldown Tracker exists. It depends on the Hack.
The Hack which I'm using, can do literally everything.

It tracks the teleport time. It tracks the time of many ults, like Kayle & TF Ult. And it tracks the enemy, allies & your Ability Cooldowns.
