Is there a decent private server that has all its menus in english and not scrambled symbols?

Are server is 80% translated but it is down atm we are having technical difficulties.

the only server thats 100% english is my server but we are not done moding the files and stuff, and we need to put every thing to gather but it will take a month or 2 for it to be up
