How do I Compile source without VS 2003?

Hey guys, I tried making a v19 server but I am stuck at this step where you compile the source for some program files and neuz.exe. When I try Installing VS 2003 It stucks at .Net Framework 1.1 Installation saying its missing something cordbg.exe which is a vsjit debugger (Visual Studio Just-in-time debugger) so I tried adding that file into the /system32 location and restarted my laptop but the error stills shows.
Can anyone provide me with the following? ( I am using v19 Blessed source [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] )
Or is there any repack available for v19 flyff? Trust me I've used the search button.
Ooor maybe is there any work-around alternative software which can compile the source? I have tried a few but none of them are similiar to Visual C + +

You have vs 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015.

But these source are made for vs 2003 right? sorry i dont have enough information about this since i am new to this, leaving that so if i download vs 2005 it'll have same options like in 2003? because software upgrades have so many differences and its really hard to download visual studio. Isn't there any work around software at all? or is there any v19 repack or blessed compile?

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] - if you will use a VS 2005 to compile a VS 2003 Source Code, you will have problems in compiling the source.

Visual Studio 2003 is easy to get. Google is your friend.

Just don't forget you will also need to download Visual Studio 2003 SP 1 (Service Pack).
