How long has it been since u played ECSRO....if its more then 4 months ur char got deleted bcs of being UNUSED for 3 months.

When ocean transfered the servers,the names changed.
It means:
In the serverlist,if its shown only ECSRO,it means its Fembria.
And if its shown Ecsro Fembria,it means its ECSRO PUBLIC.

YouŽd better send them a e-mail then complaining here, because we cannot do anything about you losing your character to bad for you, but we cannot help you getting back your character..
