never any best actualy. exile use Hyperfilter, i for shaiya olympus use OVH and many more use diffrent ones. have to see what you can afford and so on realy. you need about 8 GB of ram normaly and a windows server with about 80 gb of harddisk space. But make sure they have ddos protection
