There is nothing wrong about paying before. If you go to the market u gonna pay before u get your food as well :D

Well I can only talk from my experience but you can't get more than 2'000 IP a day without a boost ;)
And with that you would have to win about 60% of the games and bot 10-12 hours per day. That's not very safe, so I wouldn't be surprised if your acc gets banned in the next banwave.

thats actually not true, play arams, i opened my bot for about 26 hours got 3800+ ip

Didn't you read my whole text? I was talking about 10 hours a day. If you bot 23 hours non-stop you're getting banned pretty fast.

iactually have accounts from 4 months ago that botted 24 hours daily,

still fine lol
