They Closed down is what he means.

They Sold Elites for $100 then closed down the server and run pretty messed up...

But now you check Ultimate Sky and they have same Server location and ISP...There GM appear to be the same as Zenith too. So if you were thinking of playing Ultimate Sky becareful how you spend your money..
