Browse Through Help Menu?

hey guys, i was wondering if any1 has the hack to make it so u can browse internet thro ur help menu..srry for asking question..i think mr teenie or sum1 made it..but cant remember/find where

Sorry saxa I searched for ages but I couldnt find anything like you were looking for.

I think there is a person on the co forums call emonkey or something he figured out the way ..maybe you can ask him... but no idea if he still playign co or not ..or to say..alive in co forum or not.
