item generator working in account and dc at a different one !

everything was working fine, but somehow today when I try to enter any room and starting the game it somehow shut down with "server was terminated"
ITC was working very fine until today but something is wrong now
I tried to open another account and it really working good, but in my account gave me DC all the time when I enter a room and start a game
can you help me please?

Does it only crash while using the ITC?
I haven't experienced this myself, but there is this group of people going around preventing people from playing through measures like these. iirc the error message was similar.

1.Go into your Account without itc first.
2.Then unequip all the things that are equipped on your char (Skill,Weapons and Clothes).
3.Close then S4,and start S4 again with the ITC.

It should work fine now.

create a new account and do the same :v
