Is there any hack to bypass chat block for 1min?

Hi, I was wondering if there was any hack to get past the chat block. When I type too fast I get blocked and can't chat for 1 min. Is there an x7 file or anything that could get rid of that, like the x7 file that lets you used censored words? Thank u ^^
