Why is there so many garbage boosters?

This is a legit question. I recently got access to some account this booster was tryna get me to boost for him as it was HIS job to boost. And I looked at the match history the guy has TOO many losses.

Apparently it's taken him days to get him up only to plat 4 from gold 1. That loss is 1 of like 10. Why do the mods allow people to boost when they aren't good enough? Recently a friend of mine got scammed on this forum from some other booster also. The guy lost way too many games. Why is someone paying to be carried, but losing so many games? Some are unwinable cus trolls are possible, but you shouldn't lose this many.

I guess its because epvp cant check them if they are "good" or not

I'm obviously bias. Myself and probably some other top. (I'm not saying I'm top cus im not.) Are legitimately high elo players than can boost. All of my losses have been from afks (plat 5.) I lost 1 legit. Name any other booster that can say they have over a 95% winrate? A booster should have over an 85% winrate. Lets just say out of every 10 games. You should be losing 1 or 2 max. Not evne that honestly. I went on a 17 winstreak today before losing due to a intent feeding rammus top lane. To be considered a good booster. Think it's time that ePvp puts a rule and enforces it on Eloboosting. There's a million threads. Only some are big, but there's some big ones out there that are terrible.

tl;dr: ePvp needs rules for eloboosting, and and a elobooster depending on the job should lose no more than 1-5 games. Unless something says otherwise. If I was paying for an elobooster to boost me. I'd want one that would give me good winrates. Otherwise it takes so much fucking time.

Basically because everyone who's platin/diamond 5 actually thinks that they're able to boost people. Someone who's just platin will never be able to professionally boost someone up to platin, but people don't realise that, because all they see is money..
