CHILL YOUR GRILL!Quote:

Reads more like a desperately disguised attempt to beg for hacks, bots or cheats. There is quite literally no reply this thread could get that would be constructive or useful.Quote:

Co main forum is dead. And this is CO discussion forum so i think i can discuss things related to co in this section, and i expect other members to give an opinion about this video,if they have seen already other players using the "BOT", discussing why CO became like this, if they have reported players like this and bla bla bla
He does.Quote:

Glad to see you being helpful, I enjoy this part of you more than the other.Quote:
I don't believe this is a bot request. To answer your question, yes. At 1:00 - 1:04, you can cleanly see two identical jumps where the player appears to glitch into the exact right position of the character before the animations can complete for either characters, followed by an instant attack. What I wouldn't focus on is the actual teleportation, as that could be lag on his side. What doesn't make sense is the lag in combination with knowing exactly where you are and where to attack at the exact same time before any animations complete. I'd say these are all strong indications of cheating.
The thread simply reads like a badly disguised hack request (99 pct of responses this thread would get outside of ours would be people asking "HOW DO BOT")Quote:
He does.
I could spend quite a bit of time talking about how I actively support the community. Simply because most of what I do is behind the scenes and not always visible doesn't mean I'm not doing my part. That'll derail this conversation though, and I know I'm going to writing a lot, so forget about it. At the end of the day, we're a community. Most of us have a genuine desire to engage in competing projects and learn from those with different views and experiences.Quote:

This is not solely a private server and hack development forum, if it were we would not have this very sub-section. My understanding was that this subsection existed for this very reason, questions about the official conquer online. I don't know why everyone here thinks that no one gives a shit about the official conquer, but some do, and we need to respect those people too.Quote:
If he has a question concerning the official game it should go on their forums, not in a random pserver and hack development forum.
Hold your self like you are all high and mighty. Want to know who contributes to the negativity of this forum? It's me, sure, but it is also you. I was complementing the fact that you were being helpful while not being a total...It is funny how condescending you are to members around here and they just let you do it. They are just pumpin that air into that big head of yours. (10 bucks says you have to have the last word)Quote:

Do we disagree? Sure we do, but that's simply evidence that we're working through topics and with people to bring resolution and not just an empty reply. We have every right to be uncivil with people; patience runs very thin when members of our community display bazaar ideologies or completely counterproductive views, such as maintaining a programming project without any programming experience. It's wrongheaded.
However, for members with legitimate challenges to our wrongheaded views, we should give them our support. Right now, I disagreed with Chris and approached the problem with a different tone and perhaps a clearer mind. Does that make Chris wrong or a bad person? No, his approach was valid. Sometimes you need a strong tone to service our community, and that's something he actively volunteers to do. I know I put up with a lot of crap here as well and share the same concerns that Chris does. Sometimes I'll go off on someone and make false assumptions. Does it make me a bad person too? I'd hope not, because we're all people here with similar goals.
What's great is that we don't always have to be right or supportive all the time, and that's what drives some of the change and hard thought that we see here. We debate, we criticize, but at the end of the day we're all a community developing better judgement and ways to approach problems. That negativity you talk about is just as much projected from you, others, and the topics than it is from me or Chris. We have the same intentions in mind and we're all here for the people and topics we create. So, who can you really blame for negativity in this community? There's always going to be an opposition opinion. It's up to us to determine how we contribute to those opinions and how we collaborate with others (you can take the stick out from your ass now).
Well, that's a shame. I suppose it must be difficult believing that you need to speak up to others rather than speaking on their level of discussion. There's not much I can do for you when you actively participate in being unreasonably rude. Good luck with things.Quote:
