What you need:
Drew Benton's pk2 tools

Step 1.
MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA.PK2

Extract Drew's pk2 tools to a place of your choosing, in my case its my desktop. in a Folder called Pk2v2

Step 2.
In the place where you extracted Drew's pk2 tools, you will find a file named Pk2Extractor.exe. Open it.

Step 3.
Once Pk2Extractor.exe is opened. You will notice in the top left hand corner that there is a drop down menu. Click File and then click open. Browse to your Silkroad folder and select the file Data.pk2. Click Open.

Step 4.
After the Data.pk2 file has been Opened in Pk2Extractor, you will need to change to Search Mode.

Once it has been changed to Search Mode. You will see a text box below the title String Search. In that text box type in the word "pickup" and click "New Search" you will notice that there are five entries that appear in the List Box above. Select the first entry which should be titled "chinaman_pickup.ban", once selected look on the right and you will see a button titled "Extract". Click it.

P.S:I have 6 entries appear because i have already edited this Data.pk2 before.

Step 5.
Once you have extracted that file. Go back to the folder you extracted Drew's pk2 tools to. In my case its on my desktop in a folder named Pk2v2. In that folder you will find a another folder that has been created after "chinaman_pickup.ban" was extracted. The folder is called "Data". Open this folder and keep opening every folder you find inside. It should go like this:
Data>Prim>ani>char>china>man

When you open the folder named "man", you will find inside the file named "chinaman_pickup.ban", this file needs to be renamed to "event_winter_snowman_pickup.ban"

Close Pk2Extractor.exe

Step 6.
Before starting this step make sure all Sro clients have been closed

After the file has been renamed go back to the folder you extracted Drew's pk2 Tools to. Open the file named Pk2Editor.exe

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Once opened in the top left hand corner you will find a drop down menu. Click "File" and then "Open". Browse to your Silkroad folder and select "Data.pk2" and click "Open"

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Step 7.
Once the "Data.pk2" has been loaded into "Pk2Editor.exe", you will find a section with the title "Manual Single File Import". Below this title there are three text boxes. Click "Select File" and browse to the location of the file you previously renamed. The file named "event_winter_snowman_pickup.ban". Once you have selected the file click open

The location of that file for my self is "C:\Users\XXXXXX\Desktop\PK2v2\Data\prim\ani\char\ china\man"

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

In the two remaining text boxes type in the following:
in the text box named "Entry Name" type in "event_winter_snowman_pickup.ban"

in the text box named "Entry Path" type in "prim\ani\mob\common\event_winter_snowman\"

Once all of this has been entered click "Import"
