New server coming!!! 7.1

Hi, I wanted to present to all my project for a new private rappelz server. I do not understand much about programming, but I'm paying a guy who will put on the back of this rappelz servers and create new maps. Before we begin, I wanted to know if there was someone perhaps who has the ability to build a server for me, giving me the tools to manage it alone. Obviously it is a job that will be paid, but just because I can not I need the help of someone competent. I am aware that I need to put the server online and pay space, but I need the server installation, that all you need to start a server. Is anyone able to help me?:mofo:
