NFSW Keep crash.

I have this problem.
I done install all components, Java, Phyton, the game, server offline.
no problems in that, i run the server offline whithout problem.
The momment i do "Start Need for Speed World" button, that's the problem, the game dowloand files but just 1 file stop load : "SendUserSettings" the momments stop load, the game just crash. If someone can help me thanks so much ^^

i have a kinda like the same problem but if i try to run the server.exe it gives me an error that it didn't respond, im working with windows 7 could that be a problem?

i dont know, but a have 4 pcs, windows 7, debian, 8 , 10, aways crash on windows 8, on others work perfect
