You really just need the server.dat.
Because you can use Shunsui's launcher and just blacknull the conquer.exe.

Yeah, I know how to make a play.exe to blacknull the Conquer.exe, but my problem is that I need a Conquer.exe (including a decrypted Server.dat so that I test out some stuff) because mine is somehow corrupt.
