Ecsro problem

hi
i just finsh downloading all the part of the new ecsro for the lvl 100 update
im tryin to extract all the files into one file but when i do that it says do i wanna replace cuz there r files like that already so i dont kno wat to do
i tried it when i replaced it all but it says the pk2 files r messed up so can some1 tell me how do install the new client
cuz theres no guide on how to do it

just extract the parts into a new clean folder.

i dont see the sever names n i see questions marks
wat do i do now

when i do that i get another bug where the start button n exit button is blank n there is questions marks
