You will be paid as soon as server is UP based on IF your work is great.

Must know what you are doing we are not looking for kids who practice dev, serious people who want to be part of a great team.

Serious people want serious working conditions and not someone who makes conditions that can be easily turned into a rip-off.

Besides, how do you want to prove you're worth working with?

Well, the dev is getting full acces to our vps, including the files we paid for not just picked up off of a release. Thats why we are looking for someone with these attributes. If it were the other way we would be getting scammed and maybe get our vps sabotaged.

Who decides if the work is good? What if the dev work is done before server is up, he won't get paid until you want? What files? What great team? What conditions of payment you offer?

Right now its 2 of us, the work will obviously look well done on its own, i just dont wanna pay for bullshit, if the dev can fix pending errors then obviously he is enough for our team. If you are that worried about payment then like i said, its not for you, people who are hostile tend to run off after payment and will most likely not handle directions well. Good day.

You try to sound like making stuff professional, but i doubt you can pay even close to what a professional dev would want.

Being worried about being scammed isn't even close to being hostile.

If work is great, yet no income is made from server due to terrible advertising and forceful balancing from other staff members, the said developer can expect not to be paid -- that is what I comprehend from the post.

Isn't it practicing when one does an action with the intention of increasing their overall skills, comprehension and general performance? Also, there's some young fellows that also exceed in this field due to the availability of practice and knowledge in comparison to most other subjects.

Anyone who is looking for a job that knows some of their stuff besides copy and pasting would most likely be serious whilst performing; however, this may not be the case when you throw other variables such as other's idiocy.

What if work was done in their own files first. I bring that up because, what if something happens and you end up not going through with the server, then three months later down the road you reopen with essentially a new free fix/feature/whatever that was done.

If you're getting a developer with the obvious restrictions of "prove that you can do shit", I assume that them being able to do shit would mean that they have no use for any files purchased from another.
