how put on npc aliens in darkorbit

Hi good afternoon , I need an orientation , what I want is to put aliens or npc in my game I 'm dark orbit something new at this but I want to know whether to put the server is configured aliens or the client is configured ? try putting npc from the database where this table maps but did not work and I really like your help thanks :(

NPCs are controlled by the server which you cant change,

in case you're talking about private servers you should probably understand it first before you invent them :o

draw NPCs in paint and put the picture in the private server

im not pro coder but i think this is how they made dark orbit... and use excel for make new maps

You should have at least some experience in programming before starting a pserver.
