Connection Error for the Launcher?

Anyone else getting this problem trying to update their 2moons? Anybody know how to fix it?

1)Go the the 2Moons folder
2)Open "launcher.config" with notepad
3)Delete the text inside
4)Paste this instead and save it
(make sure there are no spaces left behind the text)

Didnt work, any other solutions?

Try re-installing, im out of options

all i got is the 2moons.rar thing launcher an 2moonshelper an it work about 2 weeks an today it not working i trun on hacks at char screen an just as it was about to go into game the box pops up an closese the game??
