Hey! I've been an epvp user for quite some time now, but this is the first time that I need to ask for help.
First of all, I used to connect with a vpn, hotspot shield, cause my country is now ip-banned but my friends still wanted to play with me sometimes.
Now the thing is, when I try to start the game, I can log in, the game starts, pass the logo screens and then it gets stuck in connecting and then I receive the message "Failed to connect a relay server tunnel" or "You failed to join a relay server tunnel (timeout)" and I can't get to the server list screen.

I tried everything, checked my anti-virus and firewall configurations, reinstalled the whole game twice and tried on two other pcs, with the same results.
I also tried opening ports, and a program called S4UPnP, tried with diferent vpn programs such as the newer version of HotSpot Shield, Tunnel Bear, and also Cyber Ghost. I also tried with those vpn programs in the other pcs but nothing happened.
My friends asked me if I could join them, I really love this game and usually, playing with a vpn wasn't too much of a problem (I have a decent connection and even with a vpn my ping was always around 95/110ms)
I don't know what it could be, or what should I do, does aeria added some kind of new anti vpn on their servers or something that doesn't allow to join from a vpn ip?
Another thing, when I try to log in without the vpn, I get to the server list screen, but of course I can't join any server because of the ip restriction.

Is there anything I could do? Or something that I'm missing? Or someone else with the same problem?
I really hope someone can help me in this, thanks in advance people.

This happens a lot recently. Re-installing your OS (Windows, Linux) would fix your issue. If you're using Windows 8, try refreshing your OS on repair/boot screen. Otherwise, you can't play S4. You can also try using a different VPN software after that.

Thank you so much for the answer, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 x64 bits. I'll try to reinstall windows on another pc and try it again. Could it be related to windows register and the recent official launcher update?

Maybe. But reinstalling Windows usually works. ;)
