[Release] (D3D) Menu Base

Hey.
Made this the last hours for my last experience on S4 League.
It's a simple mouse menu, where you can add checkboxes which
are linked to specific functions via pointers (or references).

Over the time I will maybe add tabs.
PS: Also includes a simple hooking interface but I removed everything
except e9 detours rofl. Oh and yeah, If you like it better to use ptrs
for class instances instead use unique_ptr.

Have fun and keep blazin' :D

Why don't you work with callback handlers (std::function would be a good choice for that)? Would be a much better design than just checking the vars all time in a loop.
