Clearly you have no idea the amount of work it takes to set up a Deka server, then add content, maps, items etc. No one is going to give you months of work for free. Either learn how to DEV and do it yourself (like everyone here on the forum) or you will have to pay someone.
Obviously you don't have the files either. Dedicated server rental is cheap. You need security and ddos protection too. That's where things get expensive.

Im relatively cheap, I'll work for you for 600$ a month
