Paypal > Skrill

Hi im about to do one deal and i only use Paypal as payment method and other half uses only Skrill, and i cant send money tru skrill for some dumb reason.

So im looking for some legit midleman who i would i send money try paypal and he will send money to other half on skrill... asap
