Guys, my friend has a problem. After about a break of a year, he installed the game again, but he can't open it. He is logging in, everything is OK, but S4 just doesn't start.Also , in task manager it is runing. Help please !

Do you see that it is stuck loading in the taskmgr?
like if it reaches a random number like "354mb" and then don't go higher?
