fot the arm and rules because i am new on the forum and I got nabbed twice yesterday (once against one blaser or I have never received the money and this person if call ARNICA and the other with the stuff of ar and protection and I have never received the money) thus I just have to copy out the rules(rulers) of this person to have a minimum of safety.

And if it disturbs the person to whom I have to copy I shall remove him !

It's mine, you can use it but i guess people ask normally to do so? i mean it's not that hard to make your own rules lol
